Features:
The homogenized speed of the machine can reach a maximum of 28800r/min, with a slow stirring(0-60r/min). The pot body is a sandwich type that can be heated or cooled. Principle:
Under the action of a high-speed emulsifying head, the raw material will be attracted through the narrow gap in the center of the emulsifying head, and at the same time a strong circular water flow will be formed within the pot, plus the positive reversal of the central wing and the peripheral slow stirring wing. The shearing force, impinging force and dispersing effect of the strong force make the raw material to be fully crushed, mixed, emulsified and homogenized, and effectively increase the product stability. Using the high speed emulsifying head and the slow mixing wing plate positive and reverse design, not only can achieve the high efficiency stirring effect, the product is homogeneous, the raw material is completely mixed, and there is no stirring dead angle. The mixing wing piece device has scraper blades made of PTFE, which can adjust the angle with the rotation of the stirring wing piece and scrape the products attached to the inner wall and bottom. This effect can avoid overcooling or overheating of the boiler wall, and can achieve a faster heat exchange effect and balance product temperature, shortening the manufacturing time.
